Molecular sieve desiccant performance

Molecular sieve has strong moisture adsorption capacity, used for gas purification treatment. It should be stored away from direct exposure to air. Molecular sieve that has been stored for a long time and has absorbed moisture should be regenerated before use. Molecular sieve is sensitive to oil and liquid water. It should be avoided to come into contact with oil and liquid water during use. Gases treated for drying in industrial production include air, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, etc. Two adsorption dryers can be connected in parallel, with one in operation and the other undergoing regeneration simultaneously. They alternate between operation and regeneration to ensure continuous equipment operation. Dryers operate at 8-12°C and are flushed for regeneration at 350°C. The regeneration temperature for different specifications of molecular sieve varies slightly. Molecular sieve has a good catalytic effect on certain organic gas-phase reactions.
