The waste incinerator has a broad range of applications, capable of handling industrial waste, domestic waste, and discarded rubber tires. It boasts a normal combustion thermal efficiency of over 80%, and even with a high water content in domestic waste, the thermal efficiency remains above 70%. The operation and maintenance costs are low. Due to its numerous special designs and high level of automation, the number of staff required is minimal (including ash removal personnel, only two people are needed for a single furnace), and the maintenance workload is also reduced. Its reliability is high, as evidenced by nearly 20 years of operation, with an extremely low failure rate. The furnace operates for over 8,000 hours per year, and the general utilization rate can reach above 95%.
High emission control levels are achieved due to the use of secondary flue gas recirculation and advanced flue gas treatment equipment, ensuring thorough treatment of the flue gas. Long-term testing has shown that the CO content in flue gas emissions is 1-10 PPM, HC content is 2-3 PPM, and NOx content is 35 PPM, fully complying with European and American emission standards. The flue gas burns at a temperature of 1000°C in the second and third combustion chambers and remains for over 2 seconds, significantly lower than the European and American standards of 0.1 ng/m³. The furnace grate has an auto-cleaning function under the sweeping of compressed air.
