Product Overview
The Flojet Rice Paste Mill is a new type of paste-making equipment in the rice product industry, featuring energy-saving, high efficiency, and environmental protection. Product Principle
Fluke Rice Wet Milling Machine Main Structure
The main structure of the rice mill pulper consists of coarse grinding equipment, fine grinding equipment, and a control system.
One: Coarse Grinding: Composed of two symmetrical grinding roller bars specifically designed for rice, the outer layer of the roller in contact with rice is made of high-chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and other stainless alloys. This roller features high hardness, strength, excellent wear resistance, heat crack resistance, anti-scaling, corrosion and rust prevention, and durability. The product quality meets the standard of Q/ZJT001-2003 "High-Chromium Wear-Resistant and Corrosion-Resistant Crushing Roller." The gap adjustment between the rolls is generally designed as 0.05-0.1mm.
Secondly, Fine Grinding: The rotating stator is forged from dual-phase stainless alloy steel, featuring a compacted phase structure, high hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, as well as shock resistance. The working chamber of the rotating stator is formed by the precise arrangement of thousands of jagged, unevenly shaped crushed teeth, and the distance of the rotating stator can be adjusted according to the material properties and requirements from 0.05 to 0.1mm to ensure the fineness of the output.

Fluker Rice Wet Milling Machine Main Functions
The Fluke Rice Wet Milling Machine's main function: After the rice is soaked, it is measured separately with water and flows into the rice roller working chamber. The roller speeds are 800r/min and 1000r/min respectively. The gap between the two rollers is 0.05-0.1mm. The coarse ground rice slurry is discharged after 20-40 mesh and flows into the fine grinding pump. Due to the high-speed rotation of the mechanical cutter teeth, which carry out rapid shearing and crushing grinding millions of times per minute, the rice grains are refined into fine particles of 60-100 mesh, reaching approximately 200 mesh.
Due to varying requirements for rice paste, both medium-sized and large-scale equipment can be designed.

Note: The supplier provides parameters related to material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disk based on the medium characteristics.
