Waste Gas IncineratorThe function is to ignite the furnace and assist in the incineration of auxiliary materials (when the material has a low calorific value and cannot sustain its own combustion), natural gas fuel and air are mixed and burned within the combustion head of the burner, and the combustion parameters can be adjusted by regulating the combustion air and the combustion head. The flue gas is recycled within the combustion head, which can reduce emissions of pollutants, especially nitrogen oxides (NOx). It features fully automatic management of the combustion program, flame detection, automatic fault judgment and prompts.
The waste gas incinerator burner can automatically ignite under the control of a programmable controller. The burner features automatic ignition, extinguishing protection, fault alarms, and boasts a strong flame intensity, stable combustion, and high safety. It also offers a wide range of power adjustments. The burner can manually adjust the air flow to change the flame size; it is equipped with an internal pressure regulating valve to ensure stable outlet pressure; and it can also regulate the gas flow by adjusting the gas supply pressure.
