Note: Motor power is configured based on the viscosity and particle hardness of the material. The base size for equipment without bearing seats is generally 1200×600mm, and for equipment with bearing seats, it is 1800×600mm.
Product Features

(2) Silent design, noiseless, excellent dynamic balance, no vibration
(3) Continuous operation and intermittent operation do not affect the lifespan of the equipment.
(4) The gap is adjustable, with an adjustment range of 0.01 to 2mm.
(5) Optional double-sided water-cooled mechanical seal or single-sided liquid-cooled mechanical seal
(6) Available materials for turning and grinding include 304, 316L, 2205, and 2Cr13, which can be treated with nitriding or tungsten carbide diffusion.
Note: The user provides parameters related to material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disk based on the medium characteristics.
