Biological Macromolecule Interaction Analyzer MP-SPR Navi™ 420A ILVES: The 4-channel MP-SPR Navi™ 420A ILVES is one of the fastest members in the MP-SPR family, designed for studying intermolecular interactions. Its Kinetic Titration feature makes it a solution for "surface regeneration" or rapid result acquisition. PureKinetics™ uniquely eliminates the bulk effect, extending the lifespan of functionalized sensors and ensuring the smallest dead volume, providing high-quality kinetic data for both small molecules and pure, original samples, including proteins in serum.

Antibody Characterization
We can measure the affinity and kinetics of antibody-antigen interactions in various liquids, including complex ones such as serum, urine, or saliva.
Biological Sensor Development
From nanoparticle-based competitive analysis to electrochemical sensors, up to direct analytical methods, MP-SPR will display all steps of the analysis process. Bio-sensors can be developed on glass, polymers, silicon dioxide, metal surfaces, or nanoparticles.
Biological Materials
MP-SPR measures interactions occurring on polymers with thicknesses up to 5μm. MP-SPR is the most sensitive unlabelled technique for studying biological material interactions and characterizing layers. It can optimize: novel coatings for cell and tissue engineering, and new industrial protective coatings.
Technical Specifications
Measurement is not only conducted in aqueous solutions but also in organic liquids such as ethanol and acetonitrile. For compatibility with other organic liquids, please inquire with us. PureKinetics™ allows measurement in serum and permits a high refractive index difference between running buffer and sample. Therefore, when the injected sample contains 5% DMSO to ensure solubility, the running buffer can be free of DMSO (0% DMSO).
