Model Description:
GB/T 7253-1987 and JB 9681-1999 Standards (Old Models)
XP - Standard Type Disc Shaped Suspended Porcelain Insulator
XWP - Durable Contaminant-Resistant Disc-Type Spherical Porcelain Insulator
XHP -污染耐受型盘形悬挂式瓷绝缘子
XMP - Grass Hat Type Non-stick Dish-shaped Suspended Ceramic Insulator
Digital numbers 1, 2, 3... represent the design sequence number.
The number following the “—” represents the rated mechanical and electrical failure load value, in kN.
The "C" following the kN value denotes a groove-type connection structure, the "T" stands for a socket-cap and flat foot connection structure, while the spherical socket connection is not indicated.
GB/T 7253-2005 Standard Specification (New Model):
U - Sway Insulator
The number following the "U" indicates the specified mechanical or mechanical failure load value, in kN.
B or C indicates ball and socket or slot-type connections.
S or L denote short or long structure height, M represents medium-long, and EL indicates extra-long.
P stands for large climbing distance.
Note: The naming method for insulator codes in the State Grid Corporation of China's bidding documents is as follows:
1. U70B/146: U—Suspended, 70kN, B—Bushing-type connection, Standard type, 146—Structural height
2. U100BP/155D: U—Suspended, 100kN, B—Socket type connection, P—Corrosion-resistant, 155—Structural height, D—Double canopy
3. U160BP/170T: U—Suspended, 160kN, B—Bushing-type connection, P—Corrosion-resistant, 170—Structure height, T—Triple umbrella
4. U70C(N)/200: U-hanging type, 70kN, C-slot type connection, CN-tension type, ground wire insulator.
