Oil-resistant rubber sheet, mainly composed of rubber (can include materials like fabric, thin metal plates, etc. for reinforcement), vulcanized to form a flat product with a certain thickness and large area, commonly referred to as rubber sheet.
Available in pure rubber sheets, rubber sheets with fabric or metal frame reinforcement, etc.; categorized by use as industrial rubber sheets and rubber flooring; and by color as red, black, white, and oil-resistant green rubber sheets.
High hardness, with general physical and mechanical properties, it can operate in air with moderate pressure and a temperature range of 0~+60℃.
The product is made by calendering and lamination of compounded rubber or extrusion molding, and is vulcanized using a flat press or a drum vulcanizer for continuous vulcanization. Colors: black, gray, green, blue, etc.
Broadly used in industrial and mining enterprises, transportation departments, and house floors, etc. Serves as sealing rings, gaskets, door and window seals, and for laying workbenches and floors.
Oil-resistant rubber sheet performance: Operating temperature -30℃ to 80℃; works in oil mediums (engine oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil) with sealing and anti-expansion properties. Oil-resistant rubber sheet specifications: Sheet thickness 1mm - 50mm, width 0.1m - 2m [1], length 1m - unlimited.
