Color steel glazed tiles are formed by pressing colored steel sheets horizontally through a color steel forming machine. The colored steel sheets can be categorized into many types, but broadly, they are divided into roofing materials and wall panel materials. Color steel glazed tiles are generally used as roofing materials, laid on roofs constructed with steel structures, ensuring both the architectural aesthetics and extending the service life of the building.
Structural steel buildings offer the advantage of resource conservation. Load-bearing walls are constructed using various steel shapes (such as C-shaped steel, Z-shaped steel, etc.), followed by composite panels for the exterior walls. The roof is made with color steel glazed tiles.
Production equipment for colored steel glazed tiles, all made of cast iron and steel. The base is constructed with H-beams, with two supporting frames mounted above, arranged in multiple rows. There is a certain distance between each row to accommodate the shafts for pressure molds. Designers design corresponding shafts based on the shape of the panels. Shafts are interconnected with chains, while an additional shaft is driven by a reducer. The reducer is controlled automatically by a PLC system. It can adjust the length of the colored steel glazed tile panels to meet specifications, resulting in ideal panels.
