2. The roller is made of C12MoV material, leveraging its wear-resistant properties. However, there is a contradiction between its strength and hardness. During heat treatment, the red hardness of C12MoV must be utilized, and two or even three tempering cycles are required after quenching to achieve the desired hardness.

3. The track arc section is the core of the slider. After the initial forming of the arc, during the subsequent rolling and bending process, the formed arc should be effectively constrained through the upper and lower roller or cross wheel. Otherwise, the arc position will change during the stretching process, with R decreasing to form a triangle, the ball bearing not reaching the bottom, resulting in noise from the two-point contact. When R increases, it causes vibration with the track, leading to a blurred path during slider usage, uneven force distribution, slider deformation, and shortened lifespan.

4. Rolling stability issues often arise during production, where materials tend to sway left or right within the rolling channel. This is actually due to uneven force distribution on a single roller set, with greater force on the left causing the material to sway to the right, and vice versa on the right.
