The design incorporates high-density medium-short wave infrared heating elements as the heat source and produces an infrared directional radiation heater. To meet the process requirements, stainless steel or aluminum alloy frames are manufactured, and a silicon-controlled rectifier temperature controller is installed. The heater generates medium-short wave infrared electromagnetic waves to enhance radiation heat transfer and provides radiant heating for the coating. The heating device primarily utilizes infrared radiation for heating, complemented by a silicon-controlled rectifier for voltage regulation control; the heating device consists of a width of1500mm、400mmTwo heating zones, which can be used individually or in combination according to the width of different workpiece sheets.
