WorkPrincipleOperational principle
Place the samples on the testing platform,Locate a single particle within the visual area of the planar pressure head under a microscope.,Apply pressure to the granules using a flat die.,Powder particles deform with increasing pressure until they are crushed. Record the curve showing the relationship between the test force and the compression displacement.,Test force during powder compression is the crush force of the particles.;Calculate the particle's surface area based on the particle size.,Further calculate the compressive strength of powder particles.
