1. Overview
Isolation switches are outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment for 3-phase AC 50Hz systems, designed for switching on and off circuits under conditions of voltage but no load, and for electrical isolation of high-voltage busbars, circuit breakers, and other electrical equipment from live high-voltage lines. They are also used for opening and closing small capacitance or inductance currents. When the switch blade is in the normal open position, it provides a safe insulating distance. Widely used in 35-110kV substation transformer stations.
2. Main Structure and Features
Each single pole disconnector consists of a base, two pillar insulators, a terminal block, left and right terminal assembly, and a grounding blade, etc.
2. The contact fingers are connected to the contact finger base with a shaft socket, and the wiring board is connected to the contact rod with a copper flexible connection, significantly reducing the main circuit resistance of the product.
3. The two support insulators are mounted on the same base in a "V" configuration, offering the advantages of minimal land occupation and reduced need for metal framework installation.
4. Equipped with a roller shaft drive, it offers effortless operation, smooth rotation, and easy opening and closing.
5. Through the operation of the bevel gears, the opening and closing actions of the two poles are synchronized.
6. The two pillar axes intersect at a 50-degree angle, with a rotation of up to 90 degrees. After separation, there is an adequate margin of insulation isolation break, thereby enhancing its safety.
7. The driving base arm and rod of the actuating mechanism synchronize the rotation of the two pillar insulators to achieve the opening and closing operation.
8. The product features three grounding methods: no grounding, single grounding, and double grounding. There is a reliable mechanical interlock between the main shaft and the grounding, ensuring safety.
9. Compatible with CJ2 automatic actuation mechanisms or CS-17G manual mechanisms, electromagnetic locks can be added. The positioning device on the actuating mechanism ensures that the contacts are in the correct contact or separation position.
