Color-coated steel sheet is produced on a continuous mill using cold-rolled steel strip or galvanized steel strip (electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized) as the base material. After surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), the strip is coated with one or more layers of liquid paint using the roller-coating method. The coated material is then baked and cooled to obtain the sheet.
