Color coated steel sheet is produced on a continuous mill using cold-rolled strip steel and galvanized strip steel (electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized) as the base material. After surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), a single or multiple layers of liquid paint are applied by roller coating. The coated sheets are then baked and cooled to obtain the final product.
