Angle relaxation: The process of rolling flat sheets into various types of pleats.
The thickness of the color steel sheet is determined by the coil provided at the time of purchase, while the width is decided by the model of the roller press. Color steel sheets with a thickness of 0.8 mm or more are suitable for roofing. Those with a thickness below 0.8 mm are for wall applications, and the width of walls should be slightly uneven (the wider the width, the lower the wave peak, which is more aesthetically pleasing). Common widths for wide walls are: 0.82, 0.9, and 0.95 mm.
