The picking tooth movement of the bundling machine is controlled by a directional roller mechanism composed of a crank, roller, and cam disk at one end of the picker. On the other end, an overrunning clutch is installed to prevent reverse rotation of the picker in case of an accident. Additionally, the picker is equipped with suspension and lifting devices to ensure a stable ground clearance for the picking tooth.
