Product Description
An elastomeric adhesive tape is a novel, high-performance polyolefin material that combines the dual characteristics of solid adhesive and liquid adhesive materials. Under normal conditions, the viscoelasticity of the elastomeric adhesive tape can last for over 30 years, featuring excellent adhesion, water-tightness, and ease of use.
The base material of the viscoelastic corrosion-resistant tape is composed of an elastic film or a superplastic film. The tape can be easily stretched to three times its original length and can be shaped into any form. Therefore, it is suitable for underground pipeline joint anticorrosion and repair, as well as the anticorrosion of non-standard pipe fittings such as elbows, bends, tees, and insulated flanges.
Product Features
Corrosion-resistant adhesive tape with viscoelastic properties, in addition to its standard high-tack, features a unique cold flow characteristic. It can achieve self-repair functionality for corrosion defects during the corrosion protection process.
Elastomeric corrosion-resistant tape requires no primer for application, has low surface preparation demands on pipes, and is easy to handle. Made from completely environmentally friendly materials, it is an ideal product for corrosion protection and can be widely used for sealing and repairing the protective layers of oil and gas pipelines.
Viscoelastic corrosion-resistant materials are one of our company's three core product systems, boasting mature technology and market share. Our viscoelastic corrosion-resistant materials account for over 2/3 of the market. Welcome everyone to confidently make your selections.
