It excels in both corrosion prevention and lubrication, making it particularly suitable for the cutting processing of ferrous metals. It offers excellent lubrication, wear resistance, extreme pressure resistance, corrosion and rust prevention, cleaning, and cooling capabilities; it can significantly enhance the surface finish of workpieces, increase cutting volumes, prolong the rust prevention cycle, and extend service life; it also effectively improves production efficiency and reduces energy consumption and the cost of cutting fluid.
Broadly applied in the processing of hardware products like cutting, turning, and grinding, this vapor-phase rust preventative coolant overcomes the insufficient rust prevention of traditional cutting fluids. It boasts excellent cooling, lubricating, and rust-preventive properties, with a long service life and resistance to spoilage and odor. Under properly packaged conditions, the treated steel parts can maintain rust prevention for up to 8 months.
