The VCI vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) flat bags are produced by a collaboration of high polymer materials with VCI corrosion inhibitor and other additives. After the items to be protected are sealed in the bag, the VCI within the film starts sublimating and emitting corrosion-inhibiting gases, which diffuse and渗透 into the surface of the protected items and adhere to them, forming a dense protective film layer with a monomolecular thickness. This layer isolates various factors that can cause rust from contacting the surface of the protected items, effectively preventing rust from forming.

Rust Prevention Period: 2-5 years (subject to proper use as per specifications).

After placing clean metal parts into an anti-rust gas-phase bag, seal the bag opening using heat sealing technology, or wrap it securely with tape to ensure that the anti-rust gas-phase release agent molecules do not leak out, thereby guaranteeing the anti-rust effect.
