VCI vapor-phase corrosion inhibiting self-seal bags are produced through the collaboration of high polymer materials and VCI vapor-phase corrosion inhibiting release agents, along with other additives. After the items to be protected against corrosion are packaged and sealed, the VCI within the film begins to sublimate and emit corrosion-inhibiting gases. These gases diffuse and permeate the surface of the items, forming a dense protective film with a monomolecular thickness. This film isolates the items from various factors that can induce rust, effectively preventing rust from forming.
Rust prevention period: 2-5 years (subject to proper use as per specifications).
After placing the clean metal parts into the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor self-sealing bag, press the convex and concave parts of the seal to ensure a tight seal at the bag's mouth, thereby maintaining the rust prevention effect.
Product Applications:
Applicable metals: iron, cast iron, stainless steel, electroplated metals, copper and alloys, cadmium and alloys, chromium and alloys, tin and alloys, zinc alloys, nickel alloys, and various other metal materials and products.
