The VCI Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) protective bag is produced by a cooperative process of high polymer materials and VCI corrosion inhibitor, along with other additives. After the item to be protected is sealed within the bag, the VCI within the film starts to sublimate and emit corrosion-inhibiting gases. These gases diffuse and permeate the surface of the protected item, forming a dense protective film with a monomolecular thickness. This barrier effectively isolates the factors that cause corrosion from contacting the item's surface, thereby preventing rust from forming.
Rust prevention period: 2-5 years (as per specified usage standards).
After placing the clean metal parts into the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor bag, seal the flap tightly to ensure a sealed state at the bag opening, which guarantees the anti-corrosion effect. The sealed bag offers superior sealing performance compared to other anti-corrosion bags and provides a longer anti-corrosion period.
Corrosion-resistant packaging suitable for medium to large metal parts and equipment.
Product Applications:
Applicable metals: iron, cast iron, stainless steel, electroplated metals, copper and alloys, cadmium and alloys, chromium and alloys, tin and alloys, zinc alloys, nickel alloys, and various other metal materials and products.
