VCI vapor phase corrosion inhibitor bags are produced by combining high polymer materials with VCI vapor phase corrosion inhibitor and other additives. After the item to be protected against rust is packaged and sealed, the VCI within the film starts to sublimate and emit rust-preventing gas factors. These factors diffuse and permeate to the surface of the protected item, adhering to form a dense, monomolecular protective layer. This layer isolates various factors that can cause rust from contacting the item's surface, effectively preventing the occurrence of rust.
Rust Prevention Period: 2-5 years (subject to proper usage as per specifications).
After placing the clean metal parts into the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor sealed bag, seal the sealing strip at the bag mouth to ensure a tight seal, which preserves the rust prevention effect. The sealed bag offers superior sealing performance compared to other rust prevention bags and a longer rust prevention period.
Product Applications:
Applicable metals: iron, cast iron, stainless steel, electroplated metals, copper and alloys, cadmium and alloys, chromium and alloys, tin and alloys, zinc alloys, nickel alloys, and various other metal materials and products.
