Resistance Welding Transformer Application Range

Resistance welding transformers are suitable for alternating current power sources with a rated frequency of 50-60 Hz and a voltage below 1000V. They are mainly used in spot welding machines, seam welding machines, and butt welding machines.

Application Environment

1. Altitude below 2000m.

2. Environmental temperature not to exceed 40°C.

3. Relative humidity not exceeding 90%.

4. No areas with severe shock or impact vibration.

5. The ambient air shall not contain harmful gases that corrode metals or damage insulation, nor flammable gases or dust. When in use, transformers must not be subjected to erosion by water, rain, or snow.

6. The power voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
