Resistance Welding Transformer Usage Range

Resistance welding transformers are suitable for AC power sources with a rated frequency of 50-60 Hz and voltage below 1000V. They are primarily used in spot welders, seam welders, and butt welder equipment.

Application Environment

1. Altitude below 2000m.

2. Environmental temperature shall not exceed 40℃.

3. Relative humidity not exceeding 90%.

4. No areas with violent vibrations or shock.

5. The ambient air shall not contain harmful gases that corrode metals and damage insulation, as well as flammable gases or dust. During operation, transformers must not be subjected to erosion by water, rain, or snow.

6. The power voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
