Resistance Welding Transformer Usage Range

Resistance welding transformers are suitable for AC power sources with a rated frequency of 50-60 Hz and a voltage below 1000V. They are mainly used in spot welding machines, seam welding machines, and butt welding machines.

Application Environment

1. Altitude below 2,000 meters.

2. Ambient temperature not exceeding 40℃.

3. Relative humidity not exceeding 90%.

4. No site with severe shock and impact vibration.

5. The ambient air shall not contain harmful gases that corrode metals and damage insulation, or flammable gases or dust. When in use, transformers must not be exposed to the erosion of water, rain, or snow.

6. The power voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
