Curing requirements for concrete
Curing methods for concrete:
(1) Natural Maintenance (commonly used on-site construction): Covered watering maintenance, film cloth maintenance, etc.
(2) Heat Treatment and Maintenance
2. Start of Natural Curing Time: Before final setting (usually 8-12 hours after pouring)
3. Concrete curing time requirements:
(1) Ordinary Portland Cement, Portland Cement-Silicate, Blast-furnace Slag Portland Cement (heat-resistant, steam-cured): 7d
(2) Concrete mixed with volcanic ash (fly ash) silicate cement: 14d
(3) Concrete mixed with retardants, mineral admixtures, or with requirements for impermeability: 14d
(4) Concrete with waterproofing (indoor, underground, seasonal, roof waterproofing) and impermeability requirements: 14d
(5) Large Volume Concrete: 14d
Post-tensioned concrete: 14d
(7) Waterproof required post-cast concrete: 28d
