WZ11 Series Concentrators

Overview
This equipment is suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of thermosensitive materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, wine, starch, oral liquids, chemicals, food, monosodium glutamate, and dairy products. Users can select a series of concentrators based on the concentration amount.
1. This concentrator employs simultaneous two-effect evaporation, fully utilizing the secondary steam to save on boiler investment and energy consumption. Compared to single-effect concentrators, energy consumption is reduced by 50%.
2. This equipment utilizes external heating and natural circulation with vacuum negative pressure, offering fast evaporation and high concentration ratio. The liquid material is concentrated without foam in a fully sealed environment, resulting in a drug solution that is pollution-free and rich in flavor. Cleaning is convenient (simply open the cover of the heater).
3. The equipment is made of (OCr19Ni9) stainless steel in all contact areas with liquids, conforming to GMP standards. The heater, evaporator, and additional insulation feature patterned stainless steel sheets, making the equipment look aesthetically pleasing in the workshop.
