Product Applications:
This product is widely applicable for material crushing in industries such as food, chemical, and scientific research, especially for thermosensitive materials, rubber, plastic, and traditional Chinese and Western medicines.
Materials such as plants, animals, and substances that are resilient at room temperature and cannot be crushed. Examples include extracts, gums, fats, etc. Low-temperature crushing involves first freezing the aforementioned materials below their脆ification point, and then粉碎ing them to the desired fineness within a crusher.
The original components will not be damaged. Moreover, materials that are flammable and explosive at room temperature can also be effectively crushed at low temperatures, with even more pronounced results.
Operating Principle:
This product is composed of a material pre-cooling storage, a spiral propeller, a low-temperature pulverizer, a low-temperature blower, a cyclone separator, a dust filter, and an electric control cabinet. Materials enter the pre-cooling storage.
The material is cryogenically frozen with liquid nitrogen below the脆化点, then fed into the cavity of the spiral low-temperature mill. Under the interaction of high-speed rotating blades and fixed gears, the material impacts and rubs against the chamber walls, achieving the desired粉碎 effect.
The fineness of the crushed material can be controlled by adjusting the speed of the rotating blades and the fan. The faster the rotating speed of the active blade disk, the finer the fineness; conversely, the faster the fan speed, the coarser the material. The powdered material after crushing is subjected to the rotational centrifugal force of the cyclone separator.
Under the influence of the induced draft fan, the dust automatically flows towards the outlet. The dust enters the pulse dust collector, is filtered, and then recycled for reuse. Most of the cold air returns to the storage bin for recirculation.
