I. Purpose and Usage Conditions:
1.1 This product is used in mines with a mixture of methane gas and coal dust, where explosions are a risk, serving as the power distribution unit for comprehensive mechanized mining equipment underground.
1.2 Terms of Use:
This product operates continuously over a long period under the following usage conditions and rated capacity.
a. Altitude not exceeding 2,000m
b. Environmental temperature not exceeding +40℃;
c. Relative humidity not exceeding 95% at +25℃.
d. Environment without severe vibration and tilt not exceeding 15° on a vertical plane.
e. No gases or vapors capable of corroding metals or destroying insulation.
f. Drip-free area.



II. Structural Overview:
The explosion-proof mobile substation KBSGZY is composed of three parts: dry-type transformers for explosion-proof mobile substations, high-voltage vacuum switches for explosion-proof mobile substations, and low-voltage protection boxes for explosion-proof mobile substations. The switch features leakage, overload, short circuit, phase loss, voltage drop, and other protection functions.
Explosion-proof mobile substation dry-type transformers consist of a housing, cover, core assembly, insulation assembly, high-voltage leads, low-voltage leads, and railway track-mounted trolleys, etc.
The transformer housing features a top-hinged explosion-proof design, with four small lifting lugs on the lid for hoisting during removal. The housing sides are made of corrugated steel plates, and the bottom is made of thick steel plate. High and low voltage side connection flanges are provided for connecting high and low voltage switches. There are four large lifting lugs on the housing for overall lifting of the transformer. Grounding bolts and a "〨" grounding symbol are welded to both ends of the housing for connecting external grounding wires.
The transformer is equipped with high and low voltage interlocked lines and temperature control lines, which are connected to the high and low voltage switches respectively; temperature control is achieved using a PT100 platinum resistor or a temperature relay. An over-temperature signal is emitted when the internal temperature of the transformer exceeds the limit.
The transformer core assembly is composed of the core, brackets, insulating parts, etc. The core is made of 30Q130 or 30Q120 cold-rolled取向 silicon steel sheets with a multi-step full-tilt three-joint lamination structure to reduce no-load loss and current; the core sheet edges are coated with anti-rust fluid, and the core column and lower yoke surfaces are coated with high-temperature, anti-rust, and moisture-proof paint. The brackets are made of channel steel, and the tensioning is achieved using bolted structures, with measures taken to prevent relative displacement between the core and brackets to ensure product quality. The core insulating parts use domestic C-grade insulating material.
Transformer insulation assembly includes main longitudinal insulation, high and low voltage coils, and coil tensioning structures. The main longitudinal insulation is made of Class C insulation material; high and low voltage coils are wound tightly to enhance mechanical strength; the high and low voltage coils use Class C insulated Nomex paper wrapped with oxygen-free copper wire, with a dielectric constant of Nomex paper close to air, ensuring a uniform electric field around the coil and minimal partial discharge. Coil tensioning is achieved with fasteners and porcelain blocks, with measures taken to prevent loosening.
High-voltage leads are routed via cables, while low-voltage leads are routed via cables or copper busbars. The creepage distance and air gap exceed the requirements of GB3836.3-2000. Under normal operating conditions, no sparks, arcs, or dangerous temperatures are produced, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The bolts secure the small carriage to the bottom of the box, allowing for disassembly. The carriage track gauge is 900/600mm.
