Check if there's enough gasoline in the fuel tank.
2. Inspect for any oil leakage or seepage in the oil circuit switches and fuel lines.
3. Check if the oil level is between the grid lines on the oil dipstick.
4. Inspect the oil quality and determine if a change is required.
5. Check if the starting battery voltage is above 12V and observe for any signs of damage or leakage.
6. The standby generator's battery may discharge due to self-discharge. Please charge the battery using an external charger.
7. Inspect the oil drain screw, seal, and rubber ring. Replace immediately if damaged.
8. After the initial 20 hours of use (or one month), the generator's oil should be changed immediately. It must be replaced every 100 hours of use (or every six months). Increase frequency in harsh environments. Use clean oil with a viscosity of SAE 10W30 and an API grade of SG, SH, SJ, or higher.
9. The air filter should be cleaned every 50 hours of use (or every three months). Increase cleaning frequency in harsh environments, and replace if necessary.
10. Do not start the engine without the air filter installed, as this will produce excessive toxic gases and cause cylinder wear.
11. Regular generator inspections are required, and records must be filled out accurately and truthfully. Filling in later, omitting information, or not conducting inspections is strictly prohibited.
12. Inspection records should be filled out starting from the beginning of this month and checked regularly.
