Scope of Application - Applicable to projects under management by equipment maintenance companies and individual entrusted projects. Consultants, joint ventures, and cooperative projects may refer to this for execution. 3. Responsibilities - 3.1 The project engineer in charge or the regional maintenance manager of the equipment maintenance company shall contact the emergency generator vehicle and be responsible for the leadership of the power interruption and restoration work.
