After the engine starts, check the control box module's parameters such as oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, and frequency.
2. Typically, the engine reaches its rated speed directly after startup; for units with idle speed requirements, the idle time is usually 3-5 minutes, and it's best not to exceed this duration, as it may damage related generator components.
3. Inspect leakage in the engine's oil and water lines, as well as electrical systems.
4. Inspect the tightness of all connections on the unit, checking for any looseness or excessive vibration.
5. Check if the various protective and monitoring devices of the observation crew are functioning normally.
6. Once the transformer reaches the rated speed and all parameters for no-load operation stabilize, connect the power supply.
7. Verify that all parameters on the control panel are within the allowable range, recheck the vibration of the unit, and ensure there are no leaks or other malfunctions.
8. No overloading is permitted during engine operation.
