Working Principle
Hot air enters the bottom of the dryer tangentially, forming a powerful rotational air field under the action of the stirrer. Paste-like material is introduced into the dryer by a spiral feed hopper, where it is dispersed due to impact, friction, and shearing forces from the high-speed rotating impeller. Bulk material is quickly pulverized, thoroughly contacting, heating, and drying with the hot air. The dried material, after dehydration, rises with the hot air stream. The grading ring retains larger particles, while smaller particles are discharged out of the dryer at the center. They are collected by the cyclone separator and dust collector. Un-dried or large pieces, under the effect of centrifugal force, are thrown to the vessel wall and then fall back to the bottom for further pulverization and drying.
