The cold storage body insulation system must meet hygiene standards. The exterior and interior of the storage body can be customized according to customer requirements, using rigid polyurethane sandwich panels made of different materials such as coated steel, stainless steel, or glass fiber reinforced plastic. The storage panels are formed by a single-shot injection molding process using high-pressure foaming technology. The advanced eccentric hook and slot hook connection method ensures a tight connection between panels, with excellent sealing to minimize cold air leakage and enhance insulation. The combination of T-shaped panels, wall panels, and corner panels allows for assembly in any space.
Product Features:
1. A special refrigeration system ensures tight coordination between the storage body, refrigeration units, and electrical controls, leading to energy and electricity savings.
2. Composite racking panels with advanced polyurethane as the core material, featuring professional technology and superior material selection, ensuring the system is more reliable.
3. Advanced atmosphere control equipment and gas detection and analysis instruments ensure the composition of the gas within the storage facility.
4. All modular panels are pre-fabricated with the set connection mechanisms, making on-site construction particularly convenient.
5. Professional construction team, each member boasting extensive experience in refrigeration engineering projects, having undergone rigorous on-the-job training and holding valid certifications.

Product Maintenance:
1. After the cold storage is installed or has been out of use for a long time and is reused, the cooling speed should be reasonable: it's best to control it at 8-10℃ per day, and maintain it at 0℃ for a period of time.
2. Maintenance of cold storage panels: Be cautious of hard objects that may collide or scratch the panels. This can lead to dents and rust, which in severe cases can reduce the insulation performance of the storage unit locally.
3. Maintenance of cold storage sealing areas, as modular cold storage is composed of several insulated panels, there are gaps between the panels. During construction, these gaps are sealed with sealant to prevent air and moisture from entering. Therefore, it is necessary to promptly repair any sealing failures during use.
Warehouse floor maintenance: Generally, for small prefabricated cold storage, the floor is made of insulation panels. When using the cold storage, prevent large amounts of ice and water from accumulating on the floor. If there is ice, do not use hard objects to knock it off as it may damage the floor.
