Supermarket Refrigerated Storage Maintenance:
1. After the cold storage is installed or has been out of use for a long period, the cooling speed should be reasonable: it's best to control it at 8-10℃ per day, and maintain it at 0℃ for a while.
2. Maintain cold storage panels, be mindful of hard objects colliding or scratching the panels. This can cause dents and rust on the panels, which may severely reduce the local insulation performance of the storage unit.
3. Maintenance of cold storage sealing areas: As prefabricated cold storage is composed of several insulation panels, there are gaps between the panels. These gaps are sealed during construction with sealant to prevent air and moisture from entering. Therefore, it is necessary to promptly repair any sealing failures during use.
4. Maintenance of cold storage floors: Generally, small prefabricated cold storage floors are lined with insulating panels. When using the cold storage, prevent excessive ice and water from accumulating on the floor. If ice is present, do not use hard objects to knock it off as it may damage the floor.
