Supermarket Refrigerated Storage Maintenance:
1. When a cold storage facility is completed or has been unused for a long period, the rate of temperature drop should be reasonable: aim for 8-10°C per day, and maintain it for a while at 0°C.
2. Maintenance of cold storage panels: Be cautious of hard objects colliding or scratching the panels during use. This can cause dents and rust on the panels, which may severely reduce the local thermal insulation performance of the storage unit.
3. Maintenance of cold storage sealing areas: Since modular cold storage is composed of several insulated panels, there are gaps between the panels. During construction, these gaps are sealed with sealant to prevent air and moisture from entering. Therefore, it is necessary to promptly repair any sealing failures during use.
4. Maintain cold storage floor: Generally, for small prefabricated cold storage, the floor is lined with insulating boards. When using the cold storage, prevent excessive ice and water accumulation on the floor. If ice is present, do not use hard objects to knock it off, as this may damage the floor.
