Product Maintenance:
1. When a cold storage is reactivated after completion or a long-term shutdown, the cooling rate should be reasonable: aim for 8-10℃ per day, and maintain it at 0℃ for a while.
2. Cold storage panel maintenance: Pay attention to avoid collisions and scratches from hard objects during use. This can cause indentation and rust on the panels, which may severely reduce the local thermal insulation performance of the storage unit.
3. Maintenance of cold storage sealing sections, as modular cold storage is composed of several thermal insulation panels, there are gaps between the panels. During construction, these gaps are sealed with sealant to prevent air and moisture from entering. Therefore, timely repairs should be made to any sealing sections that fail during use.
Cold storage floor maintenance: Generally, small prefabricated cold storage floors are made of insulating panels. When using the cold storage, prevent large amounts of ice and water from accumulating on the floor. If there is ice, do not use hard objects to knock it off as it may damage the floor.
