Vertical Dryer (Vertical Drying Machine) Drying Principle and Features:
The molded "water balls" are transported to the furnace top by a belt conveyor and uniformly distributed across the entire cross-section by the fabricating device. The shaped coal moves slowly downward along its track, relying on gravity, while undergoing heat exchange with strong winds. The moisture evaporated from the shaped coal is then carried away randomly by the strong winds. After approximately two hours of evaporation, the shaped coal achieves complete drying. Economic features: Compared to the commonly used exhaust-type drying furnace, the investment is reduced by half; the land area required is 1/5 to 1/3; energy consumption and operating costs are significantly reduced.
