One, Working Principle of Coal Slurry Drying Machine
The coal slime, with its high moisture and high adhesiveness, enters the coal slime dispersing equipment via a belt conveyor during the drying process. The rapidly dispersed lumps of coal slime are then introduced into a vacuum dryer, which is divided into several working zones: 1. The feeding zone, where the wet coal slime comes into contact with high-temperature, vacuum hot air, quickly evaporating a large amount of moisture. Under the action of large-angle scrapers, the coal slime does not form clumps and is transferred to the next zone. 2. The cleaning zone, where the wet coal slime is lifted by scrapers to form a material curtain. As the material falls, it tends to stick to the drum wall. Due to the presence of a cleaning device in this zone, it can quickly remove the adhered coal slime from the drum wall. This device also acts as a breaker for material lumps, increasing the heat exchange area and enhancing the efficiency of heat and mass transfer, thereby accelerating the drying rate. 3. The inclined scraper zone, which is a low-temperature drying area. The coal slime in this zone is in a low-moisture, loose state and does not exhibit adhesion. After heat exchange, the finished product meets the required moisture content, and it moves into the discharge zone. 4. The discharge zone, where the main dryer drum is not equipped with scrapers. The material rolls and slides to the discharge point in this zone, completing the entire drying process.
Section 2: Characteristics of Coal Slurry Dryer
1. The dryer boasts strong overload resistance, high processing capacity, low fuel consumption, and low drying costs.
2. Utilizing a downstream drying method, the flue gas and wet material enter the dryer from the same side, allowing for a high evaporation intensity with the use of high-temperature flue gas, resulting in a low exit temperature from the dryer.
3. Run parameters can be adjusted according to the nature of different materials, allowing for the formation of a stable full-section material curtain within the dryer cylinder, resulting in more thorough heat exchange.
4. The new feeding and discharging equipment eliminates issues such as clogging, discontinuity, uneven feeding, and backflow in the drum dryer, reducing the load on the dust removal system.
5. The new internal structure enhances the cleaning and thermal conduction of dispersed materials, eliminates sticking on the inner wall of the drum, and offers better adaptability to material moisture and viscosity.
6. The dryer achieves "zero horizontal thrust," significantly reducing the wear on the挡托轮, ensuring smooth and reliable cylinder operation.
7. The dryer features a "centering-type support wheel assembly," ensuring that the support wheel and the roller always maintain a linear contact, significantly reducing wear and power loss.
8. Product particle size and moisture content can be controlled according to customer requirements. During the drying of coal slime, the moisture content of the product can reach below 8%, and the particle size can be controlled under 8mm.
Section 3: Application Range of Coal Slurry Drying Machine
The coal sludge dryer is a new drying equipment developed on the basis of drum dryers, and it can be widely used in:
1. Drying of coal industry materials such as slime, raw coal, flotation concentrate, and mixed concentrate.
2. Drying of materials such as blast furnace slag, clay, limestone, sand, and quartz stone for the construction industry.
3. Drying of various mineral concentrates, waste residues, tailings, and other materials in the ore dressing industry.
4. Drying of non-thermosensitive materials in the chemical industry.
