IMicro uses InForce 1000 drivers for nanoindentation and universal nanomechanical testing, and can choose to add InForce 50 drivers to test softer materials. InView software is a flexible modern software package that allows for easy nanoscale testing. IMicro is a compact platform with built-in high-speed InQuest controllers and isolation door frames. It can test various materials and devices such as metals, ceramics, composites, films, coatings, polymers, biomaterials and gel.

InForce 1000 driver for capacitive displacement measurement, equipped with interchangeable probes for electromagnetic activation
The optional InForce 50 driver provides a larger normal force of 50mN for measuring soft materials, and offers an optional Gemini 2D force load sensor for biaxial dynamic measurement. Unique software integrated probe calibration system enables fast and accurate probe calibration

XY mobile system and easy to install magnetic sample holder
High stiffness gantry frame with integrated vibration isolation function
