Concrete crack-resistant fiber

Concrete fiber is a high-performance fiber used in concrete/mortar that effectively controls plastic shrinkage, drying shrinkage, temperature changes, and other factors causing microcracks in concrete/mortar. It prevents and inhibits the formation and growth of primary cracks in concrete, significantly improves the crack resistance and impermeability, as well as the impact resistance of concrete/mortar. This increases the toughness of concrete, thereby extending its service life.

Concrete fibers are produced by blending modified masterbatch with polypropylene pellets, followed by co-molding, spinning, and stretching. These fibers are treated with special antistatic and UV-resistant processes to ensure even dispersion in concrete, maintaining their effectiveness over a long period; the "Y" cross-section increases the fiber surface area. "Xin Si Wei" brand fibers, after chemical and physical modification, have a rough and porous surface, significantly enhancing the bonding strength between the fibers and cementitious aggregates. Concrete fibers improve the concrete's performance by reducing the occurrence and number of primary cracks, and they do not conflict or undergo chemical reactions with concrete aggregates, admixtures, admixtures, or cement, thus exhibiting good compatibility with concrete materials.
