Polypropylene fiber usage typically does not require altering the original design mix ratio and does not replace the original designed reinforcing steel. The dosage in every cubic meter of concrete ranges from 0.6kg to 1.2kg, with a recommended dosage of 0.9kg per cubic meter of concrete mix. The fibers should be added after the dry materials (sand, gravel, cement, etc.) and before water is added. The mixing time should be slightly extended by 30-60 seconds compared to the concrete mixed with fibers.

Adjustment of the caving degree:

The addition of fiber may increase the consistency of the mixture, slightly reducing the slump. Adjust the slump through testing before use.
