The generator is primarily composed of the engine, generator, and control system. There are two types of connections between the engine and generator: a flexible connection, where a coupling is used to join the two parts, and a rigid connection, which is formed by high-strength bolts connecting the generator's rigid mounting plate to the engine. Currently, rigid connections are more commonly used. After the engine and generator are connected, they are mounted on a common base frame, and various sensors are added, such as water temperature sensors. Through these sensors, the operational status of the engine is displayed to the operator. With these sensors, an upper limit can be set. When this limit is reached or exceeded, the control system will sound an early warning. If the operator fails to take action, the control system will automatically shut down the unit. The generator set operates in this manner.

Automatic Switch Control

1. Set the control switch to AUTO and ensure the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is also in the AUTO position. In the event of a power outage, the ATS will send a start signal to the generator, which will then automatically start up.

2. When the control switch is turned to STOP, or remains on AUTO but the city power has been restored, the ATS will send a stop signal, and the generator set will automatically shut down. *Direct-injection combustion chamber combustion**, low noise.
