Causes and Solutions for Diesel Generator Demagnetization:
Many customers have inquired why newly purchased generators or generators that have been unused for a while show demagnetization when started. This confusion is especially prevalent among new generator owners, who are undoubtedly perplexed by the issue upon initial use. In reality, there's no need to worry excessively about generator demagnetization. When a generator is not used for a long time, the residual magnetism contained in the iron core is lost, preventing the excitation coil from establishing the required magnetic field. This results in the engine running normally but not producing electricity, a common occurrence with new or long-unused units. To resolve this issue, simply press the excitation button if available, or use a battery to magnetize the generator if there is no button. If unsure, consult a specialized generator repair location. After that, you can apply a light bulb load and run the generator for a few seconds to attempt magnetic activation.

How is the electronic oil control valve from Dazai Power?
Standard generators are equipped with standard oil control valves, but our machines are fitted with DaZei electromagnetic oil control valves. What are the benefits of this oil control valve? It automatically adjusts based on the equipment your generator set is powering, saving at least 30% on fuel consumption compared to standard generator sets. Think about what 30% fuel savings means; for instance, using a ** generator set to power a 6-kilowatt device, the fuel consumption per hour is less than 2.3 gallons. The savings over a day may not be noticeable, but over a week, a month, two months, or a year, it should be clear to you.
