Drainage Board
The plastic drainage board is made by stamping flat sheets of polystyrene (HIPS) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) into conical protrusions or reinforced ribs (or hollow cylindrical porous shapes). It is available in widths of 3 meters and lengths of 10 or 15 meters. The top of the conical protrusions is bonded with a filter geotextile to prevent soil particles from passing through, thus ensuring smooth drainage through the channels. Traditional drainage methods use bricks and stones as the filter layer, abundant pebbles or gravel as the filter material, and direct water to a location. Replacing the pebble filter layer with a drainage board saves time, effort, and energy, reduces investment, and lowers the load on the structure. A good drainage system plays a crucial role in the construction schedule and the normal use and lifespan of structures. The drainage board, combined with porous drainage pipes, forms an effective drainage system. The cylindrical hollow drainage board, along with the geotextile, also forms a drainage system, creating a system with functions of water infiltration, storage, and drainage.
Product Features:
A good drainage system plays a crucial role in the construction timeline of civil engineering projects and the normal use and lifespan of structures. The HW type drainage board, in conjunction with porous drainage pipes, forms an effective drainage and water dispersal system. The cylindrical hollow drainage board, along with geotextile, also forms a drainage system, thereby creating a system with functions of water seepage, storage, and drainage.
Application Fields:
