Product Features:
The product is a square mesh structure formed by extruding polypropylene as the main raw material, treated with flame-retardant and antistatic technologies, and then stretched in both directions.
1. Resistant to static charge generation. In the underground coal mine environment, the surface resistivity of the plastic mesh has an average value below 1×10^9 Ω.
2. Excellent flame-retardant performance. Melts without burning in open flame environments and extinguishes within 10 seconds or less after being separated from the fire.
3. Easy for coal washing. This plastic mesh has a density of about 0.92, less than that of water. During the coal washing process, the broken mesh pieces float on the surface and are easily washed away.
4. Excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
5. Easy for construction and transportation. The plastic mesh is relatively soft, which is less likely to injure workers during construction. It also offers the advantages of being easy to roll, tie, cut, and has a light weight, making it convenient for underground transportation, handling, and construction.
