Spring Bag Cage

Spring frame (spring bag frame) is an essential accessory for external filter dust collectors. It comes in two types: with and without a Venturi tube, featuring certain flexibility. Due to the limitation of indoor space on dust collectors, there's often no space at the top for replacing the dust frame. Therefore, spring frames or (interlocking) multi-section dust frames are used in the design.

Product Specifications

Spring frame diameter is typically less than 130mm, made by winding steel wire with a diameter of 5mm, usually forming 35 turns per meter after extension, with standard extension lengths of 1.5M, 2M, or 2.5M. The surface is treated with zinc plating after finishing. The spring frame design is robust and reliable, offering a longer service life.

Surface Treatment: Zinc-plated, powder coated, corrosion-resistant, and silicone spray coatings available.
