Dust Removal Spring Frame

Spring frame (spring bag frame) is an essential accessory for external filter dust collectors, available in two types: with and without Venturi tube. It features certain elasticity. Due to the space constraints of the indoor environment, there is no sufficient space at the top of the dust collector to replace the dust frame. Therefore, spring frames or (interlocking) multi-section dust frames are adopted in the design.

Product Specifications

The spring frame diameter is typically less than 130mm, made by winding 5mm diameter wire, usually 35 turns per meter after extension, with standard lengths of 1.5M, 2M, or 2.5M. The surface is then zinc-plated for post-processing. The spring frame is designed with a strong and reliable structure, offering a longer service life.

Surface Treatment: Galvanized, spray painting, corrosion resistance treatment, surface silicone coating, etc.
