Spring Dust Removal Frame

Spring frame (spring bag cage) is an essential accessory for external filter dust collectors. It comes in two types: with and without Venturi tube, featuring certain flexibility. Due to the limited indoor space for dust collectors, there is no sufficient space at the top of the collector for replacing the dust frame. Therefore, spring frames or (interlocking) multi-section dust frames are used in the design.

Product Specifications

The spring frame diameter is generally less than 130mm, made by winding 5mm diameter wire, typically with 35 turns per meter after extension. The standard stretch lengths are 1.5M, 2M, and 2.5M. The surface is zinc-plated after processing. The spring frame is designed with a strong and reliable structure, offering a longer service life.

Surface Treatment: Zinc-plated, powder coated, corrosion-resistant treatment, and surface silicone spray, etc.
